After you choose your free page, or paid pages, you will be taken to checkout where you will complete your transaction. Once you finalize, you will then receive an email containing the digital file(s) and any access keys or links associated with your package. From there, you simply open up the coloring page you want to color, print it and start coloring with us!

We've made printing as simple as possible. As long as you're using US letter sized paper or A4 paper, you can just open the file and print. It's important to make sure that you're printing in landscape orientation, and it usually works best to use "fit to paper size" or similar setting for your printer.

For reference, US Letter size paper is 8.5"x11" which is equal to 216mmx279mm

And A4 paper is 8.27"x11.69" which is equal to 210mmx297mm

If you don't have a printer, check with your local library to see if they will print your pages for you. And don't forget to ask your friends, family or neighbors because they're often happy to find a way to help you out. Another option is to color on your phone or tablet using your favorite app. We have some suggested apps listed right here in this FAQ

If your printer can print on US letter or A4 sized paper, then it should work just fine for printing your coloring pages. It doesn't matter if it's inkjet or laser jet, it should work. The paper you choose does matter though, it's hard to color on shiny paper (unless you're using markers), so generally, we recommend using regular typing paper, or any white paper that's dull, not shiny.

Crayons, Color Pencils, Pastels, Gel Pens, Alcohol or Water-based Markers, Anything that can produce color on paper will work. Don't be ashamed to try new things, or to just use what you have. Remember, at ChilColoring, it's always Chill over Skill!

If you don't have anything to color with, we recommend asking people you know if they might have coloring utensils that they no longer use or need. It's cheaper for you, and it means something that wasn't getting used now will be (better for the environment). Folks in the US can get a pack of color pencils for $1.25 at the Dollar Tree. You don't need much to color with, what counts is your imagination and putting the tip down onto that surface! Now start coloring and stop asking questions! 😉

1. Pigment app for iOS / Android. When you launch it, you can skip the free trial by hitting the X and then skipping into the app itself where you can import your own images for coloring.

2. Colorfy app for iOS / Android. When you launch it, you can skip the free trial by hitting the X and it will then goto the free app. From there, you can take a pic of your page to color.

3. paint.sumo.app is a free web-based painting program that works great for importing your coloring page and painting it digitally with your mouse or trackpad.

4. pixlr.com/editor is a web-based app that allows you to upload and paint/color your image digitally with your mouse or trackpad.

5. Paint.net is a Windows based desktop application that will allow you to paint/color your own images digitally.

6. Gimp is an open source free program that allows you to color/paint your own images and much more. It is quite powerful like Photoshop, only free.

These are all free options to allow you to color on your device when you can't use physical paper.
